Our general rules for refunds, cancellations and adjustments.

Requesting a refund

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable proposal, contract and the work already completed. Contact Metasoft with the invoice number and reason before requesting a refund.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Non-refundable work

Work already delivered, approved third-party costs and completed custom development may not be refundable unless the written agreement says otherwise.
