How invoice payments and online payment links work.

Invoice payments

Metasoft may provide a secure payment link for an invoice. The customer completes payment on the selected shurjoPay or EPS checkout, where the available bKash, Nagad, card, bank or other methods are displayed by the provider.

Verification

An invoice is marked paid only after Metasoft verifies the transaction with the selected gateway. A browser redirect or screenshot alone is not proof of payment.

Charges and refunds

The amount shown on the invoice is the amount due. Any refund or cancellation is handled under the applicable agreement and the Refund Policy.
